Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke in spring water (Unico), drained and chopped up
2 to 3 cloves crushed/minced garlic
1 cup mayo
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix in casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until mixed and melted. Cool and serve with pita chips.
